Estimates and Quotations
All estimates provided by Unique Roofing Limited are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Estimates are provided as non-binding approximations and may change if additional issues are discovered during the project. Hidden structural damage, rotted wood, ventilation issues, or unforeseen roofing conditions may require additional work not included in the original estimate.
All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Unique Roofing Limited reserves the right to revise estimates if project conditions change or if requested materials are modified.

Scope of Work
The scope of work will be clearly outlined in the written estimate or contract provided to the client before the project begins.
Any additional work requested by the client that falls outside the agreed scope will be considered extra work and may incur additional charges.
All changes to project scope must be approved by both parties before proceeding.All estimates provided by Unique Roofing Limited are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
4.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the written contract or estimate provided to the client. Typical payment structure may include:
- Deposit prior to project commencement
- Progress payments depending on project size
- Final payment upon project completion
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees or interest charges as permitted by law. Unique Roofing Limited reserves the right to suspend work if payment obligations are not met.

Project Scheduling
Project timelines provided by Unique Roofing Limited are estimates based on normal working conditions. Roofing work may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Safety concerns
- Structural issues discovered during installation
Unique Roofing Limited will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee completion dates when delays occur outside of our control.
6.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where roofing services will be performed. The client is responsible for:
- Ensuring clear access to the roof area
- Removing fragile items from walls or ceilings
- Protecting personal belongings inside the home
While Unique Roofing Limited takes precautions during roofing work, vibrations may occur during construction activities.
7.
Roofing Materials and Warranty
Unique Roofing Limited installs roofing materials from recognized manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties apply to roofing materials and are subject to the terms established by the manufacturer. Workmanship warranties provided by Unique Roofing Limited apply only to the specific work performed and are detailed in the project agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by:
• Extreme weather events
• Structural building movement
• Improper modifications by third parties
• Neglect or lack of maintenance

Property Protection and Safety
Unique Roofing Limited takes reasonable precautions to protect client property during roofing work. However, roofing projects involve construction activities that may create dust, vibrations, or temporary disruption.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing structural conditions or hidden issues discovered during the course of the project.
Safety is a top priority, and work may be temporarily halted if unsafe conditions arise.
9.
Limitation of Liability
Unique Roofing Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. Unique Roofing Limited is not responsible for damages resulting from:
- Severe weather events
- Structural failures unrelated to roofing work
- Actions performed by third-party contractors
